We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns under the following circumstances:
Unless the product shipped was different than the one ordered, or you received a damaged order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All power wheelchairs and scooters are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, we consider it a return and the above policies apply. If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a product you need to request a Return Authorization Number. Please call us at 1.800.350.8940 and ask to speak with our Customer Service Department. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipment costs, unless the product is damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returned products without an RA number. Refunds are credited after receipt and approval of the product. |
